  • How do we choose our travel destination?

    You tell us! List your top 3 locations in your profile and/or message us with places you would like to go.

  • Where are we staying?

    We like to treat you like the royalty you are, so our accommodations range from a Villa, Beach House, Mansion or Resort. It all depends on the location.

  • What's inlcuded in my payment?

    - Accommodations
    - Entry to sponsored events
    - Transportation to/from sponsored events
    - Liquor & Food, at select events
    - Airfare, if you choose the package

  • After I register for a trip, what should I expect?

    After registering, you will recieve confirmation email that your spot is secured. On the monthly payment due date, you will recieve detailed information on how to prepare for your experience.

  • What is the typical age of Sky Residents travelers?

    24 - 35

  • Are flights included in the payment?

    No, flights are not initially included in the payment. However, we do offer the option to add flights from select citites to your package. The flight price is bundled into the payment plan, so you still have the convenience of paying in installments.

  • How do I choose my roommate(s)?

    If you have a roomate preference, we will note that during registration. If you're coming solo, no worries! We will match you with a roommate using a unique science : )

  • Can I book a single room?

    Yes, you can book as a single traveler but there will be an significant surcharge. If interested in having an single room, please contact us at info@skyresidents.com

  • Will there be free WiFi?

    Of course! This isn't the Stone Age.

  • How do I get the photos and videos taken during the event?

    Pictures will be posted to Sky Residents website no later than 2 weeks post trip. If you don't see specific pictures that you are looking for on the website, we recommend you contact the photographer directly. The photographers information will be included in our monthly emails.

  • Can I get a refund if I decide not to go?

    No, our trips are non-refundable. However, you will have the option to transfer any funds paid to a future Sky Residents trip after a $200 change fee. (i.e. I paid $500 for a trip but have to cancel. $200 change fee allows you to use $300 on a future trip).

  • If I decide to pay the entire amount for a trip at once, will I get a discount?

    Yes, if you pay the entire amount at once for the trip, you will receive an $100 discount off the total price.

  • How does the payment schedule work?

    We strive to make traveling as cost effective as possible.
    This is why we offer a 5 payment installment schedule.

    Initial Deposit - $200
    1st Payment - 20%
    2nd Payment - 20%
    3rd Payment - 20%
    4th Payment - 20%
    5th Payment - 20%

  • Is my payment information secure?

    All data entered on this site is completely secure.

  • Why are there taxes and fees?

    In order to power our sophisticated payment collection technologies, we have to charge processing fees. This is to keep your information encrypted and secure.

  • Can I get an extension on my payments?

    No, unfortunately, we are not at liberty to give extensions to payments past the pay schedule.

  • What do I need?

    - Valid US Passport (does not expire within 6 months after departure date)
    or
    - International Citizen travel documents (if you have questions on this, please contact us)
    * we will also send communication regarding the purchase of any VISA needs for our trips.
